PETER HYBALLA
As an experienced German-Dutch professional football coach, Peter Hyballa pursues an offensive style of play with a clear focus on counter-pressing. For this reason, his international nickname is "Mister Gegenpressing".
He has been working with and developing top talents for decades. At top young addresses such as Borussia Dortmund, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, VfL Wolfsburg, RB Salzburg, he proved that he is capable of developing players and forming teams that play successfully and effectively.
Later, as one of the youngest German coaches, he successfully passed his pro licence and made his debut in the professional circus in the 2010/11 season as the youngest German professional coach at Alemannia Aachen.
After that came countless professional clubs at home and abroad such as Bayer Leverkusen, Sturm Graz, NEC Nijmegen, FC DAC 1904, Wisla Krakow, NAC Breda and many more.
As a coach, Peter Hyballa attaches great importance to attractive and challenging field training as well as close cooperation with his players and knows how to give them the confidence they need to perform at their best, fostering a positive team culture based on respect, loyalty and cooperation.
